After Score of 44, Mall of GA Restaurant Passes Follow-Up Inspection
Saigon Cafe was re-tested this week by the Gwinnett County health department.
A Gwinnett County restaurant that scored 44 (out of 100) on a recent health inspection fared much better in a follow-up this week.
Saigon Cafe, located at 3380 Buford Drive near the Mall of Georgia, graded an 89/B in a July 27 inspection, according to health department records.
The restaurant was cited for fewer violations this time, including a condensation leak in the walk-in freezer and failure to post the July 22 report showing the failed score.

In the failed inspection, the restaurant was cited for violations ranging from employee cleanliness to lack of managerial control.
