Dacula Student Recognized at Georgia Southern University's Honors Day Ceremony

STATESBORO, GA (04/05/2012)(readMedia)-- Exceptional Georgia Southern University students were recognized at the annual Honors Day Ceremony held recently on the University's campus. Individual awards were presented to 181 students and inductees into various honor societies also were recognized.

Honors Day is held each spring to highlight distinguished students from all disciplines and areas of college life. The local student listed below was honored:

Meagan Jordan from Dacula received the Susan Bacon MacLachlan Memorial Scholarship.
