I have had several families contact me about this new construction neighborhood in Dacula, Ga. I must say I am very impressed. I am most impressed with the floor plans and square footage. My favorite floor plan was the Roosevelt 3. This floor plan includes a loft, separate media room, large master on main floor with walk-in closet, 5 additional large secondary bedrooms and much much more! The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and hand-scraped hardwood floors. At first I must admit I was skeptical of the 3rd floor on this home. After touring the 1st floor, which included a 3rd car garage, and viewing the 4 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor, I could not believe how much extra space the 3rd floor offered. It included a media room, a bonus room and the 6th bedroom with a full bath. Going back to the 2nd floor the bedrooms were very large! I could not believe how large these rooms were. Each room was connected to a 2nd room by a jack and jill bathroom. The 2 sets of bedrooms were separated by a large loft area over looking the family room below.
