Memorial Day Weekend Weather Forecast Calls for Sunny Skies, Mild Temperatures

Good news for this upcoming Memorial Day weather! Beginning today, cooler and drier air begins to enter the state (you may notice that the winds will be breezier today) and pushes the rain off to the east and northeast. There will still be a chance of showers tonight across the far north of the CWA, but to a lesser degree than last night.

Look for sunny skies all the way through Sunday, with highs in the upper 70s. Temperature will generally be about six degrees below normal (our normal highs for this weekend are around 81 degrees), but Saturday morning will be about 10-15 degrees below normal and Sunday morning will be about 6-12 degrees below normal. (normal lows are around 56 degrees)

There is a slight chance of rain later Monday but nothing that should interfere with outdoor Memorial Day activities.
