More Showers for Today

Another area of showers entering north Georgia right now, and this time it looks like it will work its way into out area. 

Yesterday we had large areas of rain pass to either side of Gwinnett, so we'll hope for a more direct hit today. The area is forecast to weaken as it moves southeast but any rain is beneficial for us right now. The HPC places us in an area of about 0.5" of rainfall. 

After today, things begin to dry out a little all the way into the weekend, with only a small chance for afternoon showers in the forecast. Our next good chance for rain appears to be during the Monday/Tuesday timeframe next week.
