New Construction on the Rise in the Metro Area, Trends Can Be Seen in Dacula As Well

New construction in Atlanta had been low for years, but it is now on the rise in 2013.

Atlanta was listed tenth on the list of Forbes cities with the most new construction in 2012, and the pattern has continued since then, with a 30 percent increase of new home sales over the last year.

These new construction trends can be seen in Dacula as well.
