Braselton Highway Property Under Development

A parcel of property on Braselton Highway adjacent to the is currently being developed as a medical/dental office.

The 23,000-square-foot building, located at 3590 Braselton Highway, currently has several lease commitments including Pediatric Dental Specialists at Hamilton Mill, Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery and VIP Family Dentistry.

Daniel Yi, an associate of property leasing agent Grubb & Ellis Company, is responsible for marketing the property.

According to Yi, suites of 3,600 square feet and 2,710 square feet are available for lease. A 5,000-square-foot pad site is also available for lease or sale.

Site developers estimate 23,700 cars pass the location on a daily basis. Construction is expected to be complete by November of 2011.
