Country music's biggest hitmakers to play Gwinnett benefit

Nashville Hitmakers, the award-winning lineup of country songwriters, to play June 25th benefit for education at Infinite Energy Theater.

On June 25th, Nashville Hitmakers, the award-winning lineup of country songwriters, will perform many of country music’s greatest hits at Infinite Energy Theater in a benefit for education. Proceeds will support Arete Scholars, a Dacula-based nonprofit that offers life-changing learning opportunities to children in need. Since 2010, Arete has awarded more than $25 million in educational aid to children in 10 states, Rwanda, and Iraq.

The 7:00pm show will feature #1 hits made famous by stars like Eric Church (“Like a Wrecking Ball”), Brad Paisley (“Waitin’ on a Woman”), Rascal Flatts (“Fast Cars and Freedom”), Alison Krauss (“When You Say Nothing At All”), Eddie Rabbitt (“Drivin’ My Life Away”), and many more chart-toppers — all performed by the artists who wrote them.

“We often use music as a metaphor for sharing our mission to help underserved kids find and develop their talents,” said Derek Monjure, president at Arete Scholars. “So it’s a fitting privilege to partner with world-class musicians like Nashville Hitmakers to raise awareness and support.”
