A Dacula church is aiming to donate 700 pairs of shoes to kids in need through its Kicks for Kidz ministry.

Since 2012, when Victorious Living Church launched the program, it has provided over 450 pairs of shoes for children in the Gwinnett County Department of Family Children’s Services.

This year, the effort is partnering with the Sports Authority in Buford, to raise $21,000 and purchase 700 pairs of athletic shoes to be given to kids in DFCS and students at the Lebone Children’s Centre in Grahmstown, South Africa.

A donation event is scheduled Saturday, July 25 at the Sports Authority located at 1705 Mall of Georgia Boulevard. You can make a donation there, or you can also donate at kicksforkidz.org.
