Dacula Cook of the Week: Sheila Sondak
This week's featured cook shares a simple spicy dish that is always a hit!

This week's Dacula cook is Sheila Sondak. Sondak, who lives in the Hamilton Mill subdivision, shares her recipe for Chicken Enchiladas.
"It’s always a hit," Sondak wrote in an email to Dacula Patch. "And best of all, it is soooo easy!"
Sondak suggests spicing it up sometimes with a few fresh additions and traditional Mexican sides.
"I have thrown in corn, lime juice, and cilantro" she wrote. "All of them have been great optional additions. Serve with any taco side, and enjoy!”

3. Just before serving, throw in 1 cup of cooked instant rice.
Enjoy!
Sheila’s Chicken Enchiladas are a great family meal. She made them for my family as a gift after we had our third child a few months ago. My two young girls are really picky eaters, and they gobbled it up. Special thanks to Sheila Sondak for sharing this wonderful recipe with her Dacula friends and neighbors.
