The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Feb. 24 and Feb. 28. Those arrested and their charges include:

John Richard Atha, 2548 Pharr Avenue, Dacula, was taken into custody on Feb. 24 and is being held for another agency.

Ashley Linden Hodges, 363 Hever Castle Way, Dacula, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with criminal trespass.

Michell Levos, 2450 Fairway Crossing Dacula, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with DUI.
