Dacula Docket Book for Aug. 25
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Aug. 21 and Aug. 25. Those arrested and their charges include:Â
Shawanita Lynette Goffigan, 325 Beckenham Walk Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 21 in connection with a parole violation charge.
Corey Allen Humphrey, 1961 Luke Edwards Road, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 21 on a charge of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

James Benton Keefer, 1752 Greyleaf Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 21 on a charge of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Karina Roio Diaz-Vargas, 1695 Luke Edwards Road, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 21 on charges of violating license restrictions and improper lane change.

Benjamin Paul Perkins III, 2546 Peach Shoals Circle, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 22 on charges of second-degree criminal damage to property, fighting words, aggravated assault and third-degree cruelty to children.
Adrian Quintin Davis, 3479 Coopers Mill Court, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 22 on charges of theft by deception and theft of services.
Adam Edward Pelewski, 3194 Woodwind Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 22 on charges of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Preston Grant Schexnayder, 1545 Ridgemill Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 23 on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs.
