Dacula Docket Book for Nov. 10
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into theΒ Gwinnett County JailΒ between Nov. 6 and Nov. 10. Those arrested and their charges include:
Nikki Marie Tilley, 2630 Preston Ridge Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 8 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Donald Devan Mitchell, 2515 Whisper Court, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 8 on charges of driving without proof of insurance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug related object, operating a vehicle with suspended, revoked or cancelled registration, failure to appear and driving while license withdrawn.

Kevin Jay Sloan, 2162 Lazy Days Road, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 8 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Larry Usher, 757 Glen Valley Way, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 7 on a charge of theft by taking.

Andrea Kathleen Winters, 2764 Evanston Court, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 7 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Destin Terrel McDuffie, 2637 Stockbridge Way, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 7 on charges of failure to appear and theft by shoplifting.
Victor Morales-Rangel, 1611 Alcovy Ridge Court, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 7 on charges of driving without a license and a brake light violation.
Jennifer Lynn Cole, 3535 Indian Shoals Road, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a DUI charge.
Amaryah Saran OβNeal, 3675 Millwater Crossing, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.
David Reed Kirk, 3960 Jim Moore Road, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 6 on two charges of theft of services.Β
