Dacula Docket Book Jan. 31

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Jan. 27 and Jan. 31. Those arrested and their charges include:

Marco Chalet Jones, 1031 Jordan Road, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 27 and charged with four counts of deposit account fraud.

Ryan Tiege Almond, 2151 Rosebury Park Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with violating Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act (schedule II and IV), possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and speeding.

Brandon David Green, 1411 Mill Moore Terrace, Dacula, (schedule IV).

Erica Ingram, 1250 Delmar Club Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with a probation violation.

Opal Thompson Forbes, 2533 Kachina Trail, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with theft by shoplifting.

William Odes Hamilton, 2788 Majestic Circle, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 29 and charged with a probation violation.

Godlove A. Mbanga, 2831 Spence Court, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Kevin Dwight Smith, 2860 Brookton Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with reckless driving, speeding, improper lane change and following too closely.
