870 Wisteria View Court - This five-bedroom, three and a half bath home in the Wolf Creek closed on July 18 for $149,900 after 34 days on the market.
1440 Brisbane Drive - This four-bedroom, two bathroom home in Charleston Park closed on July 18 for $124,500 after 43 days on the market.
