Remarks: Multiple pans of food were not maintaining the proper hot holding temperature of 135F and/or above. Two bottles of medicine were stored above single use condiments. Deodorant and baby cologne improperly stored. Facility had a bimetallic and infrared thermometer. Spoke with PIC about obtaining a digital thermometer.
