• Violation of Code: [.07(3)(b) ] No paper towels located at front hand washing sink at beginning of inspection. Paper towels provided. Hand washing sinks should be provided with paper towels.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Onion slicer and can opener had residue/food debris. Items wash and sanitized at time of inspection. Food contact surfaces should be kept clean to sight and touch.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Observations and corrective actions:

• Violation of Code: [.06(2)(o) ] Employees using hand washing sink to dump sanitizer buckets and rinse them. Had employees dump buckets in manual ware washing sink. Hand washing sink should be used for hand washing only.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.07(6)(g) ] Observed chlorine sanitizer above 200 ppm in the sanitizer buckets. Sanitizer was discarded and new sanitizer was provided at the appropriate level. Sanitizer should be at the recommended levels, sanitizer that is too high may be toxic.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(8)(b) ] Observed a gallon of milk in 4-door prep upright cooler with a date of 5/17. Milk was discarded. Packaged, commercially processed foods for sale to the consumer should be removed from sale immediately after the manufacturer’s expiration date or sell-by date  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
