- Amid the hot housing market, Watkins Real Estate Group sets its eye on Dacula. The group has filed plans with the city to build more than 300 apartments and five commercial structures along Harbins Road. Watkins Real Estate Group has an office in Atlanta and in Orlando Florida. - The Gwinnett County Police Department has arrested Hector Armando Moreno Luzardo, 32-years-old, for allegedly firing at one of his taxi customers. Luzardo has been charged with a litany of charges related to the incident such as three counts of aggravated assault and discharging a firearm near a public highway. He has been booked into the Gwinnett County Adult Detention Center while awaiting trial. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
