James Perry, 80, of Dacula, passed away peacefully on Dec. 31.
Perry, who worked for 40 years in manufacturing management, was a world traveler. According to his obituary, he visited the Pyramids, the Acropolis, the Great Wall, the Great Barrier Reef, Angkor Wat, and the Taj Mahal.
In addition to his work in manufacturing management, Perry was an Eagle Scout, an actor, a marathon runner, a speed walker, golfer, hiker, tennis player, skier, sailor, scuba diver and pilot.
A celebration of life service will be held in the spring, arrangements are pending.
