The Magistrate Court judges will perform Valentine's Day ceremonies or special vow renewal ceremonies to the public, free of charge on Valentine's Day. These ceremonies will take place in the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse in the old Justice of the Peace Office (room 103).
No appointment is necessary but couples getting married need a valid marriage license obtained before Feb.14. You can contact the Probate Court at 770-822-8250 to learn how to get a license. To renew your vows you do not need a license.
