Happy Hour Yoga

Skip the bar on Wednesday and choose a healthy way to unwind at the end of the work day.  Relax, breathe, let go of stress while getting a great workout and having fun!  This unique and active class combines cardio work, strength training and toning, deep stretching and relaxation. All levels are  welcome.  Beginners will learn modifications and the more advanced will be challenged. Drop-In for only $5
