Come and join Ines Beltran, county agent for Gwinnett County, as she teaches you how to make delicious homemade salsa with either hot or mild peppers. A hands on demonstration also will include the proper way to can and preserve the salsa for those cold winter months. Handouts will be available for each participant. The cost is $15.00 each and pre-registration is required by August 13th. There must be at least 5 to make a class and 10 will constitute a full class.
