GA Senate Runoff: Midnight Monday Is Deadline To Register

GEORGIA — Monday is the last day to register to vote in the Jan. 5 runoff election. The Georgia Secretary of State's website provides links to check your voter status and to register if necessary. Georgians have until midnight to register.

January’s runoff will pit two incumbent Republicans in the U.S. Senate, Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, against Democratic challengers Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff. Because Democratic wins can tip the balance of power in the Senate, the Georgia runoff has drawn national attention.

Early voting begins on Dec. 14.
