House Hunt: Short Sale Update

Even though purchasing a short sale home can take considerably longer than going the traditional route, it can be well worth the wait. Frequently, the end result is a substantial bargain on a great new home for you and your family.  Of the 152 properties on the market in Dacula between $150,000-$350,000, there are currently 17 that are short sales.  This week, House Hunt is taking a look at five such homes, three of which have been reduced in asking price.  Click on the address link for all the details of that particular  address.

1.  2722 Floral Valley Drive - reduced to $349,900
