  1. The Gwinnett County Police Department has arrested a kidnapping suspect after a shooting involving department officers. The incident occurred on Friday night while officers were responding to calls of an abduction at the intersection of Duluth Highway and Riverside Parkway. Jinsuk Pei, 23 years old, has been charged with kidnapping, obstruction, aggravated assault on a police officer, and interference with government property. (AJC)
