Four Gwinnett teams, including two from Dacula-area schools, will represent Gwinnett County Public Schools in the PAGE Georgia Academic Decathlon (Feb. 27-28), which will take place at Berkmar High School. During the competition, 21 teams from around the state will compete for the championship.

Tracy Taphouse of Dacula was named to the University of the Cumberlands’ Fall 2014 Dean’s List. To be eligible, students must have achieved a grade of “A” in convocation while maintaining a minimum cumulative scholastic standing of 3.50.
