Suspects from Auburn, Winder, Statham and Athens were arrested and charged.

Several people were arrested in two drug raids last weekend conducted by the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, the agency said on Facebook.
The office said the raids resulted in the seizure of two ounces of methamphetamine, firearms and other evidence. Officers conducted drug search warrants on Thursday, Oct. 16.
The meth had a street value of $3,000.

The first raid occurred at 885 Highway 82 in Winder. Arrested were:
- Timothy Shane Fulcher, 32, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and forgery in the first degree.
- Jeffrey Michael Brown, 25, also of Winder, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and forgery in the first degree.
- Thomas Wayne Millis Jr., 43, of Statham was charged with forgery in the first degree.
- Three additional persons were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and forgery in the first degree. Those persons were Grover William Daniel Jr., 58, of Winder; Amy Denise Anglin, 29, of Statham; and Marilyn Steffen, 22, of Auburn. The forgery charges were based on counterfeit U.S. currency possessed by those charged ($70 in currency total).
- Michael Nix, 32, and Darrell Wright, 38, both of Winder, were arrested for outstanding warrants. Nix was wanted for probation violation and Wright was wanted for Failure to Appear by the City of Winder.
The second raid occurred at 2240 Wagon Wheel Trail in Statham. Arrested were:

- Tommy Shane Gunter, 44, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm with an altered identification. The serial number of the firearm had been forcefully removed.
- Christopher Herrington, 44, of Athens, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
