Needle Syringes Fly As DUI Suspect Flees Police
Report: Gwinnett Police chased the man into a Best Buy store near the Dacula area after he wrecked his SUV.

A Gwinnett man is facing multiple charges after he reportedly wrecked his car, ran from police and dropped needle syringes along the way.
WSB-TV first reported Kyle Jason Roubaud, 27, was allegedly driving under the influence when he flipped the SUV he was driving Sunday afternoon near the Mall of Georgia. He ran from the scene into a Best Buy store on Buford Drive, reportedly dropping needle syringes as he ran.
The TV station reported he threw one of the needles into a toy aisle at the store, and had even more syringes on him when arrested.

According to Gwinnett County jail records, Roubaud was charged with reckless conduct, DUI-drugs, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, hit and run, giving a false name or information and possession and use of drug-related items. He is being held without bond for a probation violation.

Police found methamphetamine-related items on Roubaud and in the SUV.
Jail records list Roubaud as a Suwanee resident.
