The following Dacula area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development:

• 1551 Rocky Knoll Lane - Vacant structure registration permit issued.
• 2417 Moultrie Court – Vacant structure registration permit issued.
• 3450 Enclave Mill Court - Vacant structure registration permit issued.
• 2231 Cain Commons Drive – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 1815 Green Alder Drive - Permit issued for the replacement of a heating and cooling unit.
• 1325 Auburn Road – Permit issued for ground sign for Dental Smiles at Dacula.
• 839 Misty River Court – Permit issued to create two-story sunroom.
• 2180 Yarbrough Way – Permit issued for repair, Gwinnett County community development project.
