She Was Angry and Intoxicated, and Refused to Leave Dacula Restaurant
Inside Police Reports: A closer look at Gwinnett County incident reports from the Dacula area.

Exactly why she was so angry wasn’t known, but a Bethlehem woman ended up in jail after she refused to leave Fernando’s restaurant after closing time.
She was allegedly intoxicated to the point she was “having trouble constructing proper sentences,” according to the Gwinnett Police incident report.
Police arrived at Fernando’s, located on Dacula Road, just before midnight on Sept. 27. Employees told police the business was closed, but she wasn’t going anywhere.

The officer asked the woman what was going on, to which she replied, “I’m not doing this,” the incident reported stated. The woman was noticeably drunk and couldn’t keep her balance, and she was making little sense when she spoke.
At one point, ”she stated she wasn’t going to do any of this and began walking away,” the report said.
