Patch: What is the best part about managing the Waffle House at Harbins Road?
Scott: Honestly for me it’s the people. It’s a lot of interaction with a lot of different people. The diversity here is one of the best I've ever seen. Also I'm not stuck in an office. I'm out all day long.

Patch: What is the most challenging aspect of managing the Waffle House at Harbins Road?
Scott: Actually there's a couple of challenges. We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. It's a lot of hours you put in especially for management. We're responsible for the store even when we're off. Also dealing with a lot of people, you have a lot of different personalities so you have to be able to handle anybody that you come across.

Patch: What makes the Dacula community special?
Scott: Residents of Dacula have always been very friendly and tight knit. Basically everybody knows everybody and they're all friends. We, as Waffle House, work with the middle school and high school closely and have always had a good relationship with them.
