Special Election Results: Nash Wins

UPDATED MARCH 16.

Voters went to the polls March 15 to decide which candidate -  - will fill the unexpired portion of former Gwinnett County Chairman Charles Bannister’s term.

With 156 of 156 precincts reporting, unofficial totals show Charlotte Nash with 56 percent of the vote. The totals are as follows:

Charlotte Nash - 9120 (55.99%)

Duane Kissel - 1533 (8.92%)

Will Costa - 1528 (8.85%)

Larry Gause - 4363 (26.06%)

Out of 384,172 registered Gwinnett County voters, only 19,118 or 4.98 percent voted in the election.
