Teens Caught in Parked Car: He Said He Didn't Know She Was 15

Inside Dacula incident reports: They said they were only making out, but there was more to the story.

Two teens caught inside a parked car in a Dacula subdivision told police they were just making out.

The truth is they were up to a whole lot more than that.

Gwinnett Police investigated a public indecency call around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 21 near Daniel Park Drive and Rocky Trail Lane, and met with a man who pointed to a white Dodge Challenger, where he said he saw a male and female engaged in consensual sex.

The officer surprised the pair when he knocked on the car’s window. The female was on top of the male, the police incident report stated.

The male, an 18-year-old student at Mill Creek High, told police they were only making out and doing nothing else. But he then admitted they were engaged in oral sex in the back seat of the car. He said the girl was 16.

The female also said they were only kissing, then eventually confirmed what the male admitted. She told an officer she was 16, but when her mother arrived on the scene later, it was learned the girl was actually 15, according to the police report.

The girl was released to her mother’s custody. The mother refused to press charges, saying this was not the first time this has happened. She said she would take care of the matter herself.

The 18-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct. He said he didn’t know she was 15.
