
At my studio, I have many clients ask me if there is a “simple” diet plan they might follow that actually gets weight loss results.
There are lots of “diets” out there and most are pretty complex with calorie or gram counting. Here are three steps to a nutrition plan that will help you start a quick weight loss program:
1. Processed foods. If it comes in a box or package with a long list of ingredients, most of which you can’t pronounce, eliminate it. Concentrate on eating mostly whole, natural foods (those that have only one ingredient…like carrots or fish)

2. Soft drinks, juice and other sweetened beverages. Drinks sweetened with sugar or high fructose corn syrup actually increase your hunger while feeding you loads of high carb calories which fires up a dangerous insulin spike. This can lead to fat storage. (Note: Diet drinks are equally bad for your body, so beware of these, even if they promise lower calories.)
3. Alcohol. Alcohol is calorie dense and wreaks havoc on your fat burning hormones, increasing your belly fat and making it harder for you to lose that pesky flab.

If you want to slim down quickly, simply follow the 3 rules above. You will automatically eliminate a massive amount of calories from your diet and you will still be able to eat until you are full while achieving rapid results. Try it for two weeks
