"So where have you been?" I am not really sure any of you have been asking that about me or my contribution to the Dacula Patch over the past month or so, but I have been looking for you.
The past few months in my real estate business have been really, really busy, so that has been my excuse to not write a article recently. Actually, it is a pretty poor excuse but I'll go with it for now as it makes me feel better about my lack of follow up with my obligation to the Dacula Patch.
This does bring up a point I want to touch on though.

What happens when you or your business gets busy? Do you continue to do the things that helped you get busy? Does your marketing stay in place or do you let it go by the wayside saying you are too busy to market your business properly? How about your social networking? Do you allow yourself not to take the time to post on your Patch blog or on other social networks like Twitter or Facebook.
How about those things of most importance? Are you still sitting down with your clients or customers to catch up with them to see how you might be able to help them? After all, it is not about you, it is about them and knowing what others needs are will help you in the end.

If you go away from the things that got you busy and your business growing in the first place, then I can guarantee that down the road you will be looking for business again. Whatever you do that makes your business rock with clients and customers needs to be constant and recurring.
