2nd DeKalb County Man Charged In Sexual Exploitation Case: GBI

The GBI told Patch the two cases are unrelated.

DECATUR, GA — A DeKalb County man has been charged after authorities say he had online sexual abuse material.

Justin Kennedy, 35, is charged on suspicion of two counts of sexual exploitation of children, the GBI said.

The agency began looking into Kennedy after receiving multiple cybertip reports that he could possibly own the sexual abuse material, the GBI said.
