Lullabies for Expectant Moms: A Cozy Gathering for Moms-to-Be

Pregnancy changes everything—your body, your rhythms, your heart. In the midst of all that change, there's something steady you can offer your baby right now: your voice. Lullabies for Expectant Moms is a free, cozy gathering in Decatur where mothers-to-be can connect with one another and begin bonding with their babies through song. Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, this gentle prenatal experience introduces simple lullabies that support early bonding, help regulate both parent and baby, and can become a baby’s first bedtime ritual. Each participant receives a beautifully illustrated booklet of 18 beloved lullabies along with digital recordings to continue singing at home. More than a music gathering, it’s a chance to build community before your baby arrives.
