An attorney for Robinson’s family tells WSB-TV that the department’s policy on taser use explicitly forbids officers from using the devices when suspects are at an elevated height to prevent such incidents from occurring.
Robinson’s brother, Brandon Bradley, spoke at the fundraiser at NoToSo’s Restaurant and said he was still in shock over the whole situation.
