The woman was carrying her granddaughter when a robber reportedly snatched her cell phone, say Decatur Police.

A Decatur teen already wanted by police on warrants allegedly robbed a grandmother Sunday afternoon as she carried a child.
Sgt. Jennifer S. Ross with the Decatur Police Department said in a release that officers were called to a robbery in the 200 block of West Ponce de Leon Avenue just after 3 p.m. Sunday.
The victim told police she was on foot carrying her granddaughter and looking down at her phone. Four to five black teenagers walked past the woman, then one of the youths came up behind her, pushed her and snatched her phone from her hand and dropped something else on the ground.
