Calling all cat lovers: LifeLine has just opened a new Kitty Adoption Center! Located around the corner from the DeKalb International Farmers Market and a few blocks away from our Avondale Clinic, this location houses cats only. The address is 3172 East Ponce De Leon Avenue, Scottdale, GA 30079, and all cat lovers are invited to drop by! Whether you’re looking to adopt, play with the cats or volunteer, we’d love to have you! The center is open daily from 8am-6pm. See you there!

LifeLine Animal Project’s Fulton Animal Services Pets of the Week: Lilly Pad and Tapanga

Our first Pet of the Week is Lilly Pad, a pretty white Shepherd mix. Weighing only 26 lbs., Lilly is the perfect size for any home! If you’re looking for a mellow, mild-mannered girl, Lilly is the dog for you. She is about four year’s old and gets along well with other dogs too. And if you adopt Lilly during May, she is FREE! During our “Spring into Adoption” promotion, we are waiving the fee on all pets over 25 lbs, so qualified adopters will pay nothing to adopt this precious girl. This includes her spay, vaccines and microchip.

Our next pet is lovely Tapanga, a yellow lab mix. Tapanga is about two year’s old and weighs 30 lbs. She is also easy going, and she’s independent. Tapanga enjoys taking long walks, laying at your feet and sniffing the grass. Hurry in and adopt her during May, and you’ll pay NOTHING. This includes her spay microchip and vaccines too!
