GoFundMe Set Up for Child Hit By Car in Decatur
Friends and neighbors of the 12-year-old girl are asking for help in paying her medical expenses.

Decatur GA -- The friends and neighbors of a 12-year-old girl struck by a car in Decatur are asking for help in paying her medical bills.
Lydia Cochran, who was hit by a car at S. McDonough and College Avenue Wednesday night, remains in critical condition at a local hospital, reports Decatur Metro.
A GoFundMe page has been set up in Lydia’s name, and a little more than $4,700 has already been raised.

“Her family is overwhelmed right now and needs our help,” the site says. “If you can donate anything to help them with medical bills or anything they might need on this journey, they would greatly appreciate it.”
No charges have been filed against the driver, according to Decaturish.
