"Look for yakitori made from GrassRoots Farm chicken and Edomae-style sushi sourced locally and from the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo," Eater wrote.
For Brush, Liang has partnered with John Chen, co-owner of The Buddha Bar Athens, SandBar Athens, The Double Barrel, and Kramer's Buckhead Atlanta. Jeff Banks, the former bartender at The Luminary, is running Brush's beverages.
Doors opened at 6 p.m. Saturday, after a soft opening for family and friends.
