Following yoga, Maurya Lacey of Phidippides will lead us on a run around the park. There will also be other fun activities to get you ready for the May 1st 5K.
We will meet at the gazebo by the lake.

Anthony, a native of the New Jersey / New York Metro Area, fell in love with yoga several years ago and has since enjoyed deepening his practice and sharing his knowledge. Aside from his love of yoga, Anthony is also a certified Running, Cycling and fitness Coach. This vegan athlete and founder of The Atlanta MultiSports Magazine love's art, health and wellness, which made yoga a natural fit. Anthony has practiced yoga and has since received his certification from Infinity yoga. He has undergone teacher training and earned his 200-hour certification in Atlanta. Anthony is a certified and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Anthony's mission is to help bring yoga to everyone and increased awareness of mind, body & soul.
