Update: Driver Killed in Train-Truck Crash Identified
The railroad crossing where the collision occurred lacks warning gates, says DeKalb fire official.

A Lithonia man died Tuesday morning when the dump truck he was driving was struck by a train at a crossing in DeKalb County, according to media reports.
The DeKalb Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man Tuesday afternoon as Norman Devoe Jr., 43, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
The collision occurred before 8 a.m. near the intersection of Constitution Road and Fleetwood Drive, according to AJC.com. The freight train pushed the dump truck about a half-mile down the track, and the driver was thrown from the truck and killed.

A DeKalb County fire captain told WSB-TV Channel 2 that the railroad crossing has a stop sign, but no crossing arms. Fire crews also contained a fuel spill from the truck.
