Two Wanted For Murder in Decatur

Arrest warrants have been issued for Jacob Pyne and Christonya Section.

DECATUR, GA -- Police have released the names of two suspects in the shooting death of a man at a downtown Decatur apartment complex.

Gerard Foster, 52, was found shot to death Wednesday morning in the stairwell of an apartment complex in the 200 block of Robin Street.

Arrests warrants for murder have been issued for Jacob Marquez Pyne and Christonya Section, Decatur Police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced Saturday afternoon.

Pyne, 23, is described as a black male with a dark complexion and black dreadlocks. He is 5'10'' tall and weighs 170 pounds.

Section, 31, is described as a black female, who is 5'5'' tall and weighs 180 pounds.

At about 8:03 a.m. on Wednesday, Decatur Police responded to a report of a gunshot.

Officers arrived and found Foster suffering from a gunshot wound in the stairwell of an apartment complex.

He was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Robin Street is off of Commerce Drive, between Trinity Place and Howard Avenue.
