• New Dublin City School Board members sworn in Monday (13wmaz.com) — Leadership of Dublin City Schools is back in place after seven new board of education members were sworn in Monday night, months after the previous board was suspended. The temporary board, led by new chairman David Westerfield, now begins training and planning to stabilize the district and refocus on long-term goals for local students and families.
• Dublin returns to form, resumes winning ways at Washington County (courierheraldtoday.com) — Dublin High's Fighting Irish bounced back in a big way, pounding Washington County 33–7 on Friday to move to 3–1 heading into their open week. With more than 300 rushing yards and a stingy defense, Dublin reestablished its usual dominance before opening Region 2-AA play at Bleckley County after the break.
