- The Duluth Police Department has issued five warrants for drivers illegally laying drag at the intersection of Buford Highway and Old Peachtree Road back in January. A released video shows about 100 bystanders watching as several cars took turns doing doughnuts and other tricks. The identified drivers received warrants for a varied combination of reckless driving, laying drag, impeding the flow of traffic, and driving on the wrong side. There are still four other outstanding warrants. (11Alive.com WXIA)
