-- Chung Dam, which means pure, deep water in Korean, features a beautifully appointed interior, including table-top grills, private hibachi rooms with big-screen TVs, and a long sushi bar. The restaurant is known for consistently excellent service and high-quality ingredients. The menu features many common Japanese and Korean dishes. On the Japanese side, they serve sushi and sashimi, miso soup, teriyaki, and donkatsu (Japanese-style breaded and fried pork cutlet). On the Korean front, expect tasty Korean BBQ, Bulgogi, short ribs, kimchi, Naengmyeon (buckwheat noodle soup), various stews, and grilled fish. Certain of the Korean dishes are cooked at your table by you or your server on the table-top grills. They feature a variety of chef's-special combo meals including appetizers, soups, and salads. They have a short list of wine, spirits, and beer and ice cream for dessert.
