Calling All Women in Construction and Interior Design! Save the Date May 20, 6-8 p.m.

If you are a woman in construction or interior design join the NAWIC networking event to connect with other women on Monday, May 20, 6-8 p.m. at the Gwinnett Habitat ReStore in Lawrenceville.

Women working in the construction industry often miss out on the support network of other women in their professional lives. The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) was formed in 1953 to support women who worked in a male dominate field. Today, NAWIC provides members with opportunities for professional enrichment, education, networking, mentoring and public service.

The NAWIC Sugarloar Chapter Membership Drive hosted by Gwinnett Habitat for Humanity ReStore, 2100 Riverside Parkway, Lawrenceville is a perfect opportunity to connect women in the design business with women in the construction business. NAWIC created a networking forum to integrate the two industries to encourage new relationships and new business opportunities.

If you are a woman working in construction or interior design here are the reasons you shouldn't miss the NAWIC Sugarloaf Chapter Membership Drive Monday, May 20, 6-8 p.m.:
