Finding the motivation to put on your running shoes and going running after work, or a bad news week, like this week, seems pointless; but it’s not. Running can instantly rejuvenate your soul and your energy. You have to keep on running and walking regardless. Why? Because it’s empowering, and it works!
Once you start running it gets easier to keep running, and when you are finished, like magic, LIFE is so much better. There are physiological reasons why this is true. I am always happier after my RUN/WALK program. (Run some and Walk some). If you have any health condition, please check with your doctor first before starting a program. Otherwise, get out there today.
Tip #2 Run some/walk some every other day. You don't have to run and walk every day to enjoy the benefits of a RUN/WALK program. You only need to do it every other day for at least 15 minutes to start. It doesn't matter what your age, sex, weight, or condition is, you will benefit from exercising every other day for 15 minutes. You will naturally improve as you keep running. Don’t quit!

I weigh 250 lbs., and I don't appear fat. Why? Because I am in good condition. Running makes you feel better about yourself. If I can run for long distances without tiring, I must be getting thinner and healthier. And that makes me feel empowed about my health.
